You may be required to submit identity documentation — including government-issued photo identification, proof of address and, where applicable, proof of source of funds — before withdrawals are processed or at any time at our reasonable discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in account restrictions.

pk194 offers betting markets on a wide range of sports, including Pakistan cricket (national team, PSL T20 matches), ICC tournaments, international football, UFC, and other events as made available. The availability of markets, events and in-play betting is subject to change without notice. Live-betting odds update in real time and may not be guaranteed at the displayed price after a material change in match status.
Winnings are calculated based on the confirmed odds at the time the wager was accepted, multiplied by the confirmed stake. Decimal odds represent total return per unit (inclusive of stake). For example, a PKR 1,000 stake at decimal odds of 2.50 returns PKR 2,500 in total (PKR 1,500 net profit). Sportsbook results are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body.
A bet may be voided where: an event is cancelled or abandoned without a result; odds were manifestly incorrect due to a technical or human error; or the relevant governing body officially reverses a result. Voided bets return the original stake to the User's account.
pk194 makes available a range of deposit options that may include bank transfers and digital payment channels familiar to Pakistani users. Payment method references on this Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided as contextual information only. None of these payment providers endorse, support or affiliate with pk194 as a gambling operator. Actual deposit availability is subject to operator policy and applicable provider terms.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Illustrative minimums start from approximately PKR 1,000, though actual minimums are confirmed within the Platform's cashier section and are subject to change.
Account balances may be displayed in PKR or in another currency as specified in the Platform. Currency conversions, where applicable, are performed at rates determined by the Platform or payment processor at the time of the transaction. Exchange rate fluctuations are the User's responsibility.
All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Any deposit suspected of fraudulent origin will be frozen pending investigation and may be forfeited if fraud is confirmed.
Withdrawals are available to Users who have completed the required KYC verification process and have a positive real-money balance in their Account. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to any applicable wagering requirements, pending bet resolutions, and compliance checks.
Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and may be subject to standard banking or payment-provider processing periods. pk194 will aim to process approved withdrawal requests within its internal processing timeframe, after which the payment provider's own timeline applies. Users are advised to allow additional time for bank or wallet crediting.
We reserve the right to perform additional identity or source-of-funds verification before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds. This is a standard AML/KYC procedure. Delays resulting from verification requirements are not grounds for compensation claims.
Withdrawals will generally be directed to the same payment method used for deposits, where technically possible. This is a standard financial controls requirement. Where the original deposit method is unavailable for withdrawal, an alternative approved method may be used at the operator's discretion.

Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements). Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, a wagering requirement of the bonus amount applies before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires PKR 150,000 in total qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is triggered.
Bonuses that are not activated or whose wagering requirements are not met within the specified validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Account. Expiry periods are stated in each promotion's specific terms and are typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of issue.
pk194 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or claw back bonuses where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting strategies specifically targeting bonus value; collusion with other Users; use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; or any other behaviour that exploits promotional structures contrary to their intended purpose.
Bonuses and promotional offers do not guarantee winnings or positive financial returns. All gaming and betting activity carries inherent risk of financial loss. Bonus terms are designed as fair promotional mechanisms, not as income-generating instruments.

pk194 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently close any User Account at any time and without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:
Upon termination for breach, pk194 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where termination is not due to User breach, real-money balances (net of any outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned via an appropriate payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of pk194 are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk194 is registered or licensed, as applicable. This is without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply in your country of residence.
